Electromagnetic Iron Separator
Zai Group manufactures Electromagnetic Iron Separators in its own manufacturing facility. There are 2 models of Electromagnetic iron Separators manufactured by us, Manual Clean (MC) and Self Clean (SC)
MANUAL CLEAN (MC)
Manual Clean units must be periodically turned off in order to discharge iron accumulated on the face of the magnet. They are suitable for applications where only occasional tramp iron is expected. These magnets are usually suspended from a travelling trolley so that they can be swung clear of the conveyor before the iron is released.
SELF CLEAN (SC)
Self-Clean Electromagnets provide continuous and automatic removal of tramp iron. SC Electromagnet features a heavy duty belt, channel frame for supporting the pulleys, adjustable belt take-up and drive. They are recommended where a large quantity of tramp iron is expected or where there may be limited access to the magnet for cleaning purpose.

Zai Group can manufacture Electromagnetic Iron Separators according to the customized needs of the customers in any size; however following are most commonly used conveyor belt sizes are 800, 1000, 1200 & 1400 mm wide conveyor belt for which we manufacture Electromagnetic Iron Separators.
